All orders usually shipped within 24 hours for orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3 pm CST. No orders are shipped on Weekends or Holidays

If your product arrives damaged, you must file a claim with UPS. If your product arrives, defective or malfunctions, please contact us within 24-48 hours to obtain an RMA number.
